FITLUBE PFPE vacuum pump oils has exceptional inertness and is an ideal medium for vacuum pumps handling reactive gases such as UF6, F2, O2, O3T and tritium, because the oil can be in direct contact with these gases without reacting or degrade the oil. It can replace Solvay 25-6.
