FLZ series perfluorinated high vacuum pump oils have a narrow molecular weight range, limited viscosity, and extremely low vapor pressure, resulting in superior performance in high-pressure systems and systems exposed to corrosive gases. It can be used in direct contact with raw materials such as UF6, F2, PCL3, and BF3 without harmful effects on the oil.

• Can be used in diffusion pumps without any adjustments to the pump.
