EP800

FRTLUBE EP800 food grade lubricating grease is a special food grade thickener added with food solid additives, including food grade antioxidants, extreme pressure agents, anti wear agents, etc., which can meet the most stringent requirements of the food industry. Its unique formula has passed the NSF H1 certification for occasional contact with food. EP800 does not contain heavy metals and other environmentally harmful additives, and has excellent mechanical stability even in the presence of water. It is particularly suitable for situations requiring water resistance and a wide operating temperature range.

Performance

Meet FDA 178.3620 rules and NSF certification for occasional contact with food H1, certification number: 148745.
Excellent water resistance - especially suitable for situations with water.
Excellent mechanical and shear stability - stable operating conditions.
Excellent corrosion resistance.
Excellent extreme pressure characteristics and wear resistance.
Better high-temperature viscosity.
Extending the service life of bearings/machinery.

Application

Suitable for lubrication of various types of bearings or gears, especially where water resistance and a wide operating temperature range are required, meeting the most stringent requirements of the food industry.

It is widely used in canned food factories, beverage filling factories, potato chip factories, poultry processing factories, meat processing factories, pharmaceutical factories, sugar factories, cosmetics factories, biological products factories, and other food processing factories.
